Hello and welcome to my web site. It's not what I normally do but I know you'll like it.

Inside you'll find all sorts of things like a resume and demo reel. You'll also find a breakdown sheet for that demo reel. Just click on a thumbnail for the full size image. Then finally, there is a contact page. So go ahead and contact me.

My background consist of 13 years in the industry engaging the skills of my disciplines.  I am a self-motivated, experienced, detail oriented person that holds a strong sense of creativity, problem solving and most importantly, a drive and love of the art in both its technical and artistic form. My demo includes digital compositing of live action plates, cg and live action as well as full cg. My resume will also show experience in native stereo and stereo conversion compositing. You can find a list of my previous studios, shows and skill sets in my resume.

I hope that my resume will appeal to you into calling me for an interview. It will be a good opportunity to reveal my abilities and discuss the job details. It will be my pleasure to win your consideration.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

James Hattin
Creative Director at Legion Studios

"Aaron, from my experience with him at ICO, is a talented, detail oriented, friendly compositor with excellent skills in layout and tracking. His wealth of experience in multiple disciplines always comes in handy when he's trying to find solution to problem shots.

I'm also a big fan of the attitude he brings to his work, he's friendly and outgoing and always willing to help out. This is big for me, because it's that kind of attitude that helps bring a team together. Work get's done on time and on budget when everyone works well together. Aaron really helps this along.

I've been wanting him on my team for the last year, but our schedules never seem to quite line up. He would be a very valuable member to any production."

Nolan Murtha
CEO at Aucular Inc

"During the Avatar production a special team of compositors was brought in to work on temporary stereo 3D composites. The duties ranged wildly from day to day; from animation, 2D composites and 3D composites, to roto, stereo depth evaluation, tracking, and several other processes. Our artists had to essentially be responsible for each part of a post production pipeline. Aaron handled this responsibility with complete professionalism day in and day out. I was able to setup the pipeline for Aaron and the team to work in, and pretty much let them run with it to handle all of the shots traffic as it changed from day to day. Not only are his skills top notch, his ability to change directions or adapt to new requests make him a pleasure to work with and an asset to any pipeline.
I look forward to working with him on my next trip to Pandora."

Steffen Wild
Visual Effects Supervisor, The Jim Henson Co.

"Aaron is a wonderful compositor and 3D artist! He has a great eye, is detail oriented and is a great team player. Hope to work again with him in the future!"

Thomas Callicoat
Writer/Co-Producer/Director at Callicoat Productions Ltd.

"I worked closely with Aaron Singer for 40 episodes of "Sid The Science Kid". Aaron was an excellent Compositing Supervisor. He created automated comp scripts for the lighters to use for every different lighting scenario. He also trained the lighters to use his scripts and took on the most complex compositing fixes himself. Whenever we needed help Aaron was there to get us through. We couldn't have finished the show without him!"
